Nordium Chemicals Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your research chemical purchases. While most of our products are non-returnable due to their nature, we do accept returns under specific conditions.

Eligible for Return (Conditions Apply)

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging
  • Products returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products that were incorrectly shipped by us
  • Defective products (must be reported within 48 hours)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Special orders/custom formulations
  • Products purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Any product that cannot be resold due to safety/regulatory concerns

Return Process

  1. Contact us at sales@nordiumchems.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will issue a Return Authorization if approved
  4. Ship items back to us (customer pays return shipping)
  5. Once received and verified, we will process your refund

Refund Options

  • Store credit (preferred, issued immediately)
  • Original payment method refund (minus shipping costs, processed within 5-7 business days)

  • Returns must be in resellable condition
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • No returns accepted without prior authorization
